Day two saw the group leave Killarney and head north though Limerick to Ennis in Clare. It was typical Irish summer weather with sheet rain and strong winds which saw tempers getting frayed once or twice, The highlight of the day had to be a fortuitous detour through sunny Brosna, Co Kerry,. Some of the group are making plans to book next years summer holidays there already.
The final leg to Ennis was tough going but steak and chips all around at The Auburn Lodge got everyone back on track. Today sees the group hitting Galway and Mayo.
