Even with all their injury worries and girls furiously studying for exams
our super adult girls took time and made the effort to record a good home
win last Wednesday in the league. There was also a league home win for our
minor footballers on Sunday. keep up the good work lads. Two super scores
and great wins for our plucky U14 footballers in the past few days,
recovering well from their Féile experience a couple of week ago. All their
hard work and determination is paying dividends. Well done to our senior
hurlers that triumphed in their championship game in Parnell Park last
Thursday night. Our U10’s stayed at home to play fantastic hurling on
Saturday. Our three teams showed spirit and skill. Outstanding resolve by
Eoin D, Sam, Finn C & Eoin G. The skill on the pitch came from Mikey & Adam
O’N. well done lads and all our teams. O’Toole’s are helping the homeless
this Saturday morning by having a clothes collection in the clubhouse from
10am to noon. Wanted are men’s, women’s & children’s clothes (no rubbish
please) also toiletries. Bags can be given to one of our caretakers. This
Saturday night for your entertainment it’s ‘Uptown’ and Sunday 6 to 8pm
