Jimmy Wren’s latest book, “The Four Courts Garrison and Mendicity
Institution Easter Week 1916 A Biographical Dictionary” is now available
for purchase or can be ordered from Jimmy himself. This book is a
biographical dictionary of all those who participated in the Four Courts
and Mendicity Institution Garrisons in Easter Week 1916.

Like Jimmy’s previous book, “The GPO Garrison Easter Week 1916: A
Biographical Dictionary”, this volume contains biographies of some 350
people, men and women who fought in and around the Four Courts in 1916. For
each individual involved, Jimmy provides an insight into their lives
before, during and after the Rising and Jimmy’s pen and ink drawings of
most of those involved brings the individuals to life in a way that words
on their own could not.

Jimmy is in the O’Tooles clubhouse most Thursday nights where, I am sure,
he will be available to sign copies of this excellent book
