Two matches in 3 days for the lads & they came out on top in both.First up Finbarrs away – never an easy place to play.We took a while to get going with Finbarrs getting the first few scores. But from 20 minutes in we were in charge playing well and picking off some good scores. We carried on in this fashion for the rest of the game running out the winners.Next up Erin’s Isle at home on Saturday.Despite the heavy rain the pitch was perfect. Our lads started well in what proved to be a very physical encounter. We were quickly into the lead playing some good hurling & working very hard all over the pitch. We let Isles in for a goal against the run of play but from there on we were in charge throughout finishing the game with a scoreline of 3:15 to 1:05.Two tough games which will stand to us as we approach the business end of the league.
