Home is where the heart was on Sunday for our senior hurlers that had a
superb game and an even better win over Crumlin in the league. The weather
was the only thing that was erratic as our lads showed mentors and
spectators alike how to play our national game. While our fab ladies have
an important Junior A Championship decider game at home tomorrow evening at
7:15pm v Garda/Westmanstown. Come along to support the girls and wish them
luck. Well done to Lynn Behan and her camogie girls and thanks to Erin’s
Isle for having the girls over for their blitz. Our girls were amazing
again considering they are novices to the game. Any 7 to 10yr old girl that
would like to join a progressive club to play camogie just needs to come to
our All-weather pitch on Blunden Drive any Thursday at 7pm and try it out.
O’Toole’s would like to thank everyone that donated clothes for the
homeless last Saturday. It was very much appreciated. For your
entertainment in our lounge this weekend……Friday 9pm we have an all new
‘Card Bingo’ & ‘Play your Cards Right’ including jackpot. Saturday night
it’s the one and only ‘Diablo’ and Sunday 6 to 8pm for our music bingo.
There was no winner of our Thursday night live Club Lotto draw. The numbers
were 5, 8, 10, 24. The jackpot this week is €2,300.
