Our 2nd match this year saw the team get a reality check after our opening victory. Crokes were the opposition for the 3pm throw in at Blunden Drive. The first 10 minutes were tight enough with O Tooles slightly on top.Crokes picked up the pace and started to trouble our defence registering some good scores. The visitors were on top & finished the half strongly.O Tooles responded to the half time talk and started to eat into the lead picking off some good scores. However we couldn’t keep it going with the team looking a bit flat.Crokes came back to see out the match for a well deserved win.We need a big reaction for our next game – away to Round Towers in Clondalkin.
