O’Tooles GAC are inviting clubs to take part in our Under 14 conditioned Hurling Blitz. This will take place on Friday the 10th of April. First match scheduled for 6.45pm.
We are looking for three other teams. There will be one group of four with the top two teams in the group playing the A final and second two teams in the B Final. Each team will play of 4 games.
The conditioned rules are as follows.
- 8 minutes per half.
- Only goals will count.
- A hook is equal to 2 goals plus a penalty for your team [makers takers, only goalie on the line] .
- 9 aside with as many subs as you like.
- The pitch will be 80m x 60m.
- 45s are played like a corner in a soccer game (but ball is out of your hand).
- Sidelines are taken out of the hand.
- The cost of the blitz is €20 to cover the cost of the refs.
