O’Tooles GAC are inviting clubs to take part in our Under 13 Conditioned Hurling Blitz. This will take place on Saturday the 12th of August. First match scheduled for 12pm. We are looking for 5 other teams.

There will be two groups of three with the top two teams in each group playing the semi finals. Each team will play a minimum of 3 games.

Rules

The conditioned rules are as follows:

– 12 minutes per half.
– 9 aside with as many subs as you like.
– The pitch will be 90m x 40m.
– Only goals will count.
– A hook wins a penalty. (makers takers).
– You can’t kick or hand pass the ball into the goal.
– 45s are played like a corner in a soccer game (but ball is out of your
hand).
– Sidelines are taken out of the hand.

Cost

The cost of the blitz is €30 to cover the cost of the refs.

Prizes

  • A one hundred euro sports vouchers will be given to the winning club; and
  • A new hurl will be given to the player of the tournament.
