Following a week of good quality training we travelled to Ballyboden for our 1st hurling league match.On a sticky pitch we started well winning alot of primary & breaking ball.We picked off some good scores from play & placed balls finishing the half 6 points up.The trend continued into the 2nd half but Boden were coming back into the game with a few scores of their own.However 2 goals near the end saw the Larriers finish strongly and deliver a well deserved win with 9 points to spare.A really good team performance & a great start to the hurling season.
