Last Wednesday was our first night back training. 7 players turned up in
artic conditions to commence preparation for the 2015 season. With another
team, these numbers may have been seen as a negative. For the F’rs, "high
fives" all round, everyone was just glad to be back.

The plan is to train at 9pm on Monday and Wednesday evey week.

With the majority of the players wintering abit to well and our first game
expected in early March, We have four weeks to gain a minimal level of
fitness so I will see at last 6 of you on Monday.
