Calling all members off last year’s senior football and hurling panels. Please meet at 9.50 am on Sunday morning at the clubhouse.  You will be introduced to the experts from the Irish Strength Institute who are taking over the physical and fitness training for the next 11 months.

The purpose of Sunday is to carry out baseline tests for fitness and power output. The drills will be carried out on the all weather pitch so bring the appropriate gear.

Afterwards in the bar, there will be a short seminar on diet and nutrition. In total, the morning could last between 3 and 4 hours.

All players will be asked for their name, DOB, height in Centimeters and an email address

Testing will begin at 10 am sharp.
